WOC 2013 in Seattle

We had another really really fun weekend of competition - lots of pictures but hopefully those who were there will appreciate some of these

 If only the directors of DCC could see how their cups were being used, they would be so proud

                                                   The kids ate a little junk food

                       "Eli, I know Eva just used your face as a baseball, but you're fine..."

 The kids all did great, the snack table was a good babysitter again.  Adie threw up from too  much junk food Saturday evening but rallied Sunday  Ben and Katie have a great yard with so much for the kids to do. 

Eva is a little smartie pants, she always seemed to be explaining something to someone

Jesse has come a long way in the baby department, he spent a good amount of time holding a baby (or babies) this weekend

One of the competitions was a paper airplane contest, Ryan beat Katie in the finals

Another competition was this Frisbee game, we got killed but females were by far the most entertaining to watch. I hadn't laughed so hard in a long time watching Tris and Katie play this

This was the first year we could put a movie on for the oldest six kids and they all actually sat and watched it

getting the kids to sleep was pretty easy over all this year- the middle of the night hours weren't great for everyone but I think we all expect that when we're all staying in one house

Sunday morning we played this game where we threw balls off the deck into that little inflatable pool thing -

Katie and Ben let the kids "paint" the playhouse with chalk - Eli loved it and sang as he worked

The crew - adults are now outnumbered, we had three more kids there this year than last year

 little Bianca was really sweet, I only heard her cry twice and both were due to poking from Ashlynn and Leah

 

 

 

 

Another game was washer toss - looks like Tris won this round

 

 

Sunday we walked/rode to the school so we could get in Around the world and Knock Out

 

Last one, just to look back and be able to show Bianca what a good sport she was
